DHK provided design services for the renovation of this 27-building, 267-unit development in two phases. The first project comprised the complete transformation of the buildings’ exterior with the addition of a thin brick veneer over original precast concrete exterior that was seriously deteriorated. It also included upgrades to the unit interiors and building systems. The second project followed twenty years later and undertook the complete renovation of site improvements and utility infrastructure, as well as unit renovations with new kitchens, bathrooms and finishes, and new MEP systems.
