DHK is designing this mixed-use residential/institutional project for a development with approximately 186,559 gross square feet of floor area on a 2.46-acre site in the Roslindale neighborhood. The first phase includes a five-story mixed-use use building for behavioral-clinical/supported housing with 22 units for youths who are aging out of the Commonwealth’s foster care system. Clinical space will occupy the lower floors with the housing on the upper levels. The second phase will consist of a six-story multi-family residential structure with 93 units of market rate and workforce rental apartments and owner-occupied townhouse condominium units. Structured parking will be provided in basements.
