This 48-unit affordable housing development occupies a former industrial site at the west end of the Kilby/Gardner/ Hammond neighborhood in the Main South district of Worcester. It is the largest of a series of projects developed by Main South CDC and designed by DHK over the past two decades in a comprehensive and successful effort of community revitalization. The design features six buildings with two and three story townhouses arranged around a large central courtyard. It offers one, two and three bedroom units as well as a small retail space.
