This mixed-use building will complete the third and final phase of DHK’s master plan for this gateway project located at the corner of Washington Street and Melnea Cass Boulevard. The development program includes community and artist gallery work spaces at the ground level, one level of residential parking below grade and 96 units of housing. The design features an innovative structure that uses light steel prefabricated framing members. The project is being designed to meet passive house standards of sustainability and it will offer affordable and market rate units.
