DHK President Speaks on Building Communities: Multifamily & Mixed-Use Development Panel

DHK President Fernando Domenech spoke at Bisnow’s State of the Worcester Market event November 20, 2024. Fernando was on the panel Building Communities: Multifamily & Mixed- Use and discussed DHK Architects’ affordable housing work in Worcester.

DHK designed Grand Street Commons, a 48-unit affordable housing development which opened last year, and currently the firm is designing the first of a multi-phase redevelopment of the Curtis Apartments in Worcester. This project will include the complete demolition of outdated 1950s-era buildings and the construction of 527 modern, energy-efficient apartments led by developer Trinity Financial, Inc.
