Allen House – Boston, MA

Built in 1859, the Allen House is one of the oldest and most significant mansions in the South End. This project converted this prominent brownstone with its attached auditorium into eleven market rate condominiums. Architectural rehabilitation of the facades included the recreation of the original cupola, balusters and front yard fence, as well as the addition of dormers and other decorative elements.
