The scope of work includes complete shell and core renovations of the upper floors for new office space and upgrading of all retail areas on the first floor. Renovations include new fire protection, plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems throughout the building; new windows, new roofing, repairs and restoration of the existing facade; new storefronts at all retail areas, replicating the original details that have been lost; interior renovation to accommodate proposed office spaces; restoration of an existing monumental wood and marble staircase.

This project has a phased construction plan to allow for renovations to occur with a minimal amount of disruption to the existing businesses.
