Historic rehabilitation of a National Register structure built in 1901 as a main terminal of the elevated mass transit rail line that linked Roxbury to downtown Boston.
Services included restoration and reconstruction of the copper-clad steel structure for adaptive reuse as a bus terminal, construction of new bus shelters, a new services building and extensive site improvements. The project required coordination with the Massachusetts Historical Commission and Boston Redevelopment Authority.
