Historic preservation study of a 1886 National Register Listed Gatehouse on the Nashua River. The objective of the study is to define the way to stop and reverse the deterioration of the structure and to rehabilitate it into a useful and contributing historic element of Mine Falls Park; to initiate a phased preservation, restoration, and reuse plan for the building and equipment.
